Coldwell Banker Gundaker Recognizes Top Independent Sales Associates

Coldwell Banker Gundaker recently honored its top performers for 2016 at its annual awards event. The top achievers were ranked based on total sales volume and transactions closed. The company also recognized its two Rookies of the Year for their outstanding sales efforts during their first years in busines

• Colleen Lawler, an independent sales associate affiliated with the Irvine Team of Coldwell Banker Gundaker’s Chesterfield West office, has been named the company’s top independent sales associate in 2016. This is the fourth year in a row that she has earned this recognition. Lawler closed more than $70 million in sales volume and a total of 216 units. Lawler also ranked third in the country for total units and buyer controlled sales, as well as, eighth in NRT for listings sold.

• Susie Johnson, an independent sales associate affiliated with the Susie O. Johnson Team of the Highway 94 @ Mid Rivers office, was honored as Coldwell Banker Gundaker’s second highest independent sales associate in 2016. The Susie O. Johnson Team closed 173 units with a sales volume of $45.7 million. Johnson has also been ranked 10th in the country in total units and sixth for buyer controlled sales. Johnson was welcomed to the Coldwell Banker Gundaker Hall of Fame in 2014 for consistent production over 10 consecutive years.

• Mary Beth Benes, an independent sales associate affiliated with Coldwell Banker Gundaker’s Town & Country office, was ranked the third highest Realtor in the company for 2016. Benes had a fantastic year, selling over $63 million in volume with 65 units.

• Teddy Johnlikes, an independent sales associate affiliated with the Town & Country office, was recognized as the “Rookie of the Year – First Full Year in the Business” in 2016. Johnlikes closed 20 units with $8.6 million in sales volume, ranking him 9th overall in his office.

• Jennifer Dietz, an independent sales associate affiliated with the Chesterfield/Wildwood office, was recognized as the “Rookie of the Year-Newly Licensed” in 2016. Dietz closed 10 units with just under $2 million in sales volume.
