Rankings were reported in the 2017 REAL Trends Market Leaders report
Coldwell Banker Gundaker ranked as a top residential real estate company for sales volume and transaction sides in the St. Louis area in 2016, along with other residential brokerage firms owned by NRT, LLC. The rankings were reported in the 2017 REAL Trends Market Leaders report, a portion of the REAL Trends 500.
Coldwell Banker Gundaker, along with several NRT owned firms, together accounted for nearly $2.9 billion in closed sales volume and closed 12,345 transaction sides in 2016, placing the firm at No. 1 in the St. Louis area.
