Danielle Lukens with Northwestern Mutual-Clayton Achieves Chartered Leadership Fellow (CLF®) Designation

The CLF® designation benefits individuals by giving them tools to create a high performance culture within their office.

ST. LOUIS, MO, December 16, 2016 – Danielle Lukens, Internship Development Officer for the Northwestern Mutual network office in Clayton, MO, has attained the Chartered Leadership Fellow (CLF®) designation.

The Chartered Leadership Fellow (CLF®) program, developed by The American College, provides financial services managers with the knowledge and tools they need to achieve key organizational goals. These include recruiting and retaining top performers, setting performance, developing effective business plans and improving managerial and leadership skills.

Earning the CLF® designation benefits individuals by giving them tools to create a high performance culture within their office. These include tools such as creative problem solving, leadership skills, practice management concepts, and managerial best practices.

Lukens has been with Northwestern Mutual since 2008. She attended SIU-Edwardsville where she majored in Business Administration and Marketing. She is married to husband Ben Lukens who also works for Northwestern Mutual. The two reside in Rock Hill, MO.
