Elizabeth Shaner Named Client Relations Center Director for Northwestern Mutual-Clayton

ST. LOUIS, MO, October 20, 2016 – Elizabeth Shaner has been named Client Relations Center (CRC) Director with the Northwestern Mutual network office in Clayton, MO.

As a Client Relations Center Director, Shaner manages the business unit and sales team responsible for providing service, re-engaging relationships and growing house account business. The goal of the CRC is to ensure policy holders are provided with continued professional financial relationships and expert guidance in the areas of comprehensive financial planning. Shaner manages the CRC teams in six offices including a team of three coordinators and 20 experienced financial advisors.

Shaner joined Northwestern Mutual in 2012 and previously served as a Financial Representative, and as an Associate Financial Advisor. She was involved in Northwestern Mutual’s Internship Program.

Shaner graduated from the University of Missouri-St. Louis in 2012 with a Bachelors of Science degree in Business with an emphasis on Finance. She currently resides in the Maryland Heights area.
