In celebration of International Day of the Girl, please join us October 11 for a memorable evening of fun and inspiration at the 5th annual Knowledge & Power, small bites & big ideasfundraising event! Gather a table of friends and enjoy dynamic speakers, savor the delicious Salt + Smoke BBQ buffet plus wine/beer, indulge in decadent Nothing Bundt Cakes, bid on beautiful glass creations, and much more all happening at the unique atmosphere of the artisan gallery and studio Third Degree Glass Factory. Our distinguished Master of Ceremonies Susan Stith,VP of Diversity, Inclusion and Corporate Giving at Express Scripts, will introduce you to our powerhouse Keynote Speaker Christy Allen, a sergeant with the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department and fitness enthusiast, who will motivate you with her courageous personal story about how mentorship changed her life.

You’ll also meet our Program Peer Ambassadors and witness testimonies about how their first-hand experience with our empowerment program gives them the tools to reach their full potential! Our four-session workshops empower pre-teen girls to embrace a strong sense of self with a focuson healthy relationships, bullying, body image, personal safety, and puberty.
