Otis Williams, Executive Director of St. Louis Development Corporation stated, "General Assembly's addition to the Cortex Innovation Community is a big plus in being able to provide the necessary personnel needed for the job-ready technology workforce.

General Assembly's launch will also blend well with a portion of the recently released strategy of the Equitable Economic Development Framework for St. Louis.
