JDog Junk Removal & Hauling Opens First Missouri Location in St. Louis
Local Veteran, Entrepreneur to Help Employ Area Veterans with New Business

JDog Junk Removal & Hauling, a national franchise organization dedicated to providing business ownership opportunities to veterans and relatives of veterans, is now serving the St. Louis community. JDog franchisees provide junk removal and hauling services to both residential and commercial customers, delivering service the military way: with respect, integrity and trust.
The new JDog marks the first in the state of Missouri, and will service the St. Louis metropolitan area, including South County, Fenton, Kirkwood, Crestwood, Affton and Arnold. The business is owned by Army veteran William Megl, who served six years in the Army before starting a career in banking. When he and his wife, Ellen, decided it was time to switch paths and open their own business, Megl knew JDog’s veteran-centric model was the perfect fit.
“When I came across JDog, I was immediately drawn in by the parallels between the business model and the core values the Army instills,” said Megl. “JDog values camaraderie, trustworthiness and professionalism, and I couldn’t be more excited to bring this upstanding business to my community.”
