ST. LOUIS, MO — A "jorts-wearing bandit" is on the loose after robbing multiple St.Louis-area Walgreens stores, and anyone who sees the perpetrator is asked to call local authorities — or the "fashion police."
The suspect — donning jean shorts — approached a cashier with merchandise last week and overpowered her when she opened the cash drawer, police said in an advisory. He is accused of targeting at least three Walgreens stores.
