New Branch Manager at Coldwell Banker Gundaker's Local Office

Coldwell Banker Gundaker is pleased to announce that Kim Daniels has been named the new branch manager of the company’s St. Charles County office. Daniels will oversee the day-to-day business operations of the office and provide leadership guidance to over 70 affiliated agents.

Daniels is a real estate veteran who jumpstarted her real estate career in 2005 with Coldwell Banker in Fort Collins, Colorado. Over the course of her career, she relocated to two different markets in the Midwest where she has led a successful business – each time starting from the ground-up. In 2013, Daniels was recognized by the Denver Metro Association of REALTORS® with the Realtor Roundtable Award for her outstanding sales.

In 2017, she called St. Louis her new home, and quickly familiarized herself with the local real estate market.
