St. Louis City Resident Awarded Scholarship to WGU Missouri

South St. Louis City resident Hannah Borden was recently surprised with a $2,000 WGU Missouri Military Appreciation Scholarship. The scholarship is awarded to active duty and veteran military personnel and their spouses.
Borden, an employee at Sacred Heart Elementary, was officially presented with the scholarship check on Sept. 13 by WGU Missouri Community Relations Manager John Hardin. Borden is pursuing her Bachelor of Arts in Special Education from WGU Missouri.
