‘Taste the States’ in One Night at New St. Louis Event
Lung Association hosts culinary experience at Bissinger's

Today, the American Lung Association in Missouri announced that it will host the first-ever Evening of Promise, an interactive culinary experience, on June 13 at The Caramel Room at Bissinger’s.
The Evening of Promise is a cocktail-style event that invites guests to “taste the states” by sampling cuisine from different regions of the U.S., including the southwest, west coast, the south and St. Louis. Held in the Caramel Room at Bissinger's, there will also be guest activities with chocolate, including a chocolate and wine pairing, and a truffle dipping experience.
“The Evening of Promise is a fantastic way for our community to come together to enjoy great food and desserts, but also support the Lung Association’s work to save lives by improving lung health and preventing lung disease,” said Brett Schuette, the executive director for the Lung Association. “Here in Missouri, more than 850,000 people suffer from a lung disease, so the fight for healthy lungs and clean air touches all of our lives. We invite our community to join us for this fun new event.”
