Updated Information For Defendants In St. Louis During Covid-19
All of City Court's regular court sessions have been suspended under order of the Missouri Supreme Court and the City's Stay At Home Order.

All of City Court’s regular court sessions have been suspended under order of the Missouri Supreme Court and the City’s Stay At Home Order. Non-employee visitors are not permitted to enter 1520 Market, including the Customer Service and Cashier windows at City Courts. These measures will remain in effect until further notice, as public health circumstances may require.

For all defendants with court dates beginning on March 16, 2020 and continuing until further notice: City Court is automatically continuing all cases to new court dates in June 2020 or later. No summons or warrants will be issued for any court dates after March 16, 2020 until a return to regular court sessions is announced. You should call City Court at (314) 622-3231 to find out your new court date. You may also check your case and your next court date at: www.municourt.net [www.municourt.net]. You will need either your name and year of birth or your case numbers to check your case on www.municourt.net [www.municourt.net]. Either will do. Notices will not be sent by mail.
If you have other issues or questions during this period of time, do not come to the Clerk’s Office. Please call the Court at (314) 622-3231.

You can continue to make on-line payments on your fines at www.payitstlouis.com [www.payitstlouis.com].
You can also make payments by mail. Mail your payment to:

Please include your name and ticket number(s) with your payment to make certain your payment is properly credited to your case. Do not send cash through the mail.
A locked drop box for payments will soon be installed outside the Court entrance, 1520 Market Street, St. Louis, MO 63103 on the 16th Street side. Drop off payments should be submitted in a sealed envelope and should include your name and ticket number(s) to make certain your payment is properly credited to your case. Do not make a payment with cash at the drop box. This page will be updated when the drop box is installed.
If you make a payment by mail or make a drop off payment, you may call the Court or use www.municourt.net [www.municourt.net] to get your new payment date. Please allow seven (7) days after you make your payment before you call the Court.
