Visitors No Longer Allowed Inside City Of St. Louis Buildings

ST. LOUIS, Mo. – In light of COVID-19 and effective immediately, visitors will no longer be allowed inside City of St. Louis buildings until further notice.

Drop-boxes have been placed at the Tucker Street entrance of City Hall and the main entrance of 1520 Market Street for individuals who need to make a payment or drop-off other information or materials. A very limited number of employees will remain at City Hall while many continue to work from home.

The public is encouraged to visit the City’s website or call the department they need to reach in advance. A complete guide to contact information for City departments, agencies, and divisions can be found here: https://www.stlouis-mo.gov/government/departments/

Mayor Lyda Krewson has taken unprecedented and decisive action to ensure basic essential services (police, fire, EMS, water, refuse, corrections, etc...) remain fully operational while managing the City’s evolving response to COVID-19. City buildings will continue to be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized.
