• Cell tower approved in St. Peters (midriversnewsmagazine.com) — St. Peters residents will soon see a new 100-foot AT&T cell tower after the Board of Aldermen unanimously reversed an earlier denial and approved a special use permit on Sept. 10. The tower will sit on Gateway Church property on Salt Lick Road, following a lawsuit threat from AT&T and despite neighborhood opposition, with conditions including camouflage-style faux tree branches.
