2nd Annual Mud Ball Party hosted by Fleur de Lis Garden Society

Fleur de Lis Garden Society held their 2nd annual mudball party at the St Charles Police Department's Community Room.  Girl Scout Troop 2410 assisted the adults in making 548 mud balls in 45 minutes.  Compost was donated by St. Louis Composting, Inc. in 5 gallon buckets and mixed with water and wildflower seeds the club members collect all year long.The mud balls will be taken to a 100 acre park in reserve, and thrown into the prairie on Saturday, April 7 at 9 am.Fleur de Lis Garden Society meets on the first Tuesday evening each month at 6:30 pm at the Kisker Road Library, 1000 Kisker Road, St. Charles.  Location is subject to change.  Contact Jeanne at 314-605-8563 to be our guest.  Refreshments are served.  See their website at www.fleurdelisgardensociety.org
