Cesar Silva, Executive Director of the Greater St. Louis YMCA, joined the little ones at the Early Childhood Education Center in St. Charles on Friday, June 29th, for the 12th Annual 4th of July Parade. Complete with flags, banners, wagons, and family, these children showed their true patriotic spirit!
