SecureTel is a low voltage company specializing in Dish Network installations and sales. We are looking for Satellite Technicians and a Field Service Supervisor, experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right individual(s). Salary will be based on experience, benefits package available.

Field Service Supervisor Duties and Expectations:

- Maintain company goals and performance
- Able to perform a quality Dish Network installation
- Provide tech support for technicians in the field to keep completion rate and install quality high
- Available to take after hours calls from technicians who are still in the field
- Continuously hiring and training new technicians
- Provide continued training on new technology for existing technicians
Satellite Technician Duties and Expectations:
- Installation and service of Dish Network Satellite systems.
- Meet current Dish Network (and SecureTel) performance standards
- Provide outstanding customer service and quality of work
- Equipment accountability
- Maintenance and upkeep of assigned vehicle (personal or company)
- Must be able to understand and work on computers
- Must be able to understand and learn low voltage
- General construction knowledge helpful
