Cedar Lake Cellars To Hold Valentine's Day Celebrations

Cedar Lake Cellars, a winery and event venue, will hold two Valentine’s Day celebrations on Fri., Feb. 13 and Sat., Feb. 14 with reserved seating times at 6 and 8 p.m. on Fri. and 5:30 and 7:30 p.m. on Sat. Cedar Lake Cellars is located at 11008 Schreckengast Rd. in Wright City, Mo.

The four-course menu includes sundried tomato pesto and goat cheese bake with artesian olive bread crostini. The second course is a baby romaine grilled Caesar salad. The third course has four options: a pecan-encrusted beef tenderloin with spiced maple butter, an asiago stuffed chicken breast with red pepper coulis, a butternut squash ravioli with walnut brandy cream sauce, or a Pinot Gris lobster risotto with wild mushrooms. The fourth course is a triple chocolate with white chocolate cream cheese-filled brownie.

Musical entertainment is classical pianist Al Ox on Fri. from 6 to 10 p.m. and acoustic guitarist Anthony Nanney on Sat. from 5:30 to 9:30 p.m.

Reservations are required for Valentine’s Day restaurant dining, which is $140 per couple and includes a bottle of wine.
