Cedar Lake Cellars To Host April Wine Dinner

Cedar Lake Cellars, a winery and event center, will host its “Wine and Dine” monthly dinner featuring sweet white wines on Fri., April 17 from 6 to 9 p.m. for those 21 years of age and older for $55 per person. Cedar Lake Cellars is located at 11008 Schreckengast Rd. in Wright City, Mo.

The first course includes seasonal grilled and chilled vegetables plus artisan cheeses paired with Cedar Lake Cellars’ Riesling. The second course features a baby spinach salad consisting of blueberries, mandarin oranges, pecans and a peach Vignoles vinaigrette dressing paired with Cedar Lake Cellars’ Vignoles.

The third course is a spicy pork tenderloin in honey chipotle sauce and peaches accompanied by quinoa and couscous laced with agave nectar paired with Cedar lake Cellars Pink Sunset. The fourth course is a poached pear and raspberry custard paired with Cedar Lake Cellars’ M-OO-N Route.
