City Of St. Peters: Pavement Smoothing Work Expected On Jungermann Between Country Creek And Barkwood Trails

Beginning Monday, Oct. 4, 2021, contractor Pavement Solutions is scheduled to begin work to improve pavement smoothness on Jungermann Road in the area of the bridge over Spencer Creek between Country Creek Drive and Barkwood Trails Drive. This work is being done to meet standards for ride smoothness as part of the Jungermann Road Bridge Replacement project. Original pavement work did not meet the City of St. Peters’ specifications, and this additional work is not costing extra taxpayer dollars.

Lane closures and some disruptions to traffic are expected over different periods in the coming weeks. The work will be done in three phases (view this map for reference):

Expect traffic delays during these operations. Drivers are asked to use caution, slow down and observe all traffic signs when traveling through work zones.
