Lakeside Que-topia will be hosting a Kansas City Barbeque Society (KCBS) Certified BBQ Judging Class on Saturday, July 9, 2011 from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm at the St. Peters Senior Center, 108 McMenamy Rd, St. Peters, MO.
The class will be taught by Ed Roith. Upon completion of the class, participants will be certified KCBS Judges with all rights and privileges, and be qualified to judge any KCBS BBQ Competition.
Fees for the class are $75.00 for non-KCBS members and $40.00 for members. Non-members will also receive membership in the KCBS.
