September 19: Meet New York Times bestselling author Maggie Stiefvater who will be at the Spencer Road Branch Library at 7:00 pm. Stiefvater will talk about her newest book for teens, The Dream Thieves, which is the second book in a series that follows Blue Sargent, daughter of the Henrietta, Va., town psychic, as she becomes involved with the lives of four students at the local private school who call themselves the Raven Boys. The Dream Thieves continues the story started in The Raven Boys. Mystery, romance, and the supernatural combine in a beautifully written book that teens will be drawn into. This masterful author has also written the wildly popular Shiver trilogy(Shiver, Linger and Forever) and the Scorpio Races! Books will be sold and then autographed by the author.
