Missouri Redhawks Baseball Announcing 2015/2016 Tryouts

July 6, 2015 – (O’Fallon, Missouri) Missouri Redhawks Baseball will be hosting tryouts for youth baseball July 19, 2015 at the Ozzie Smith Complex in O’Fallon, Missouri with time slots for each age group between 10:00 am and 5:00 pm. Tryouts are for the fall 2015 and spring 2016 seasons. All players and teams playing at AAA Major, AAA, AA, and A level from 8U through high school are welcome to sign up for these free tryouts.

Missouri Redhawks Baseball offers an intensive training package including the Athletic Edge strength and conditioning program in conjunction with the Field House courtesy of Clinton Tanner. Additionally, the Redhawks offer an exclusive baseball training package tailored to each age group designed to hone young players’ skills and take them to the next level. This program places a special emphasis on the elite level 17U team with the goal of helping all players achieve a college scholarship to continue their baseball careers. This select training program teams up young players with the best Major, Minor, College, and High School coaches in the St. Louis area. These trainers include:

Kyle McClellan – Former Pitcher for the St. Louis Cardinals and the Texas Rangers

Adam Benes – Former St. Louis Cardinals minor league pitcher

Brett Graves – Current Pitcher in the Oakland A’s system

“Pop” Warner – Manager for the Memphis Cardinals

Morgan Burkhart – Former Boston Red Sox and Chicago White Sox player and current Hitting Coach for the San Diego Padres AA minor league affiliate team

Fred Ford – Drafted in the 7th round by the Kansas City Royals in 2012

Lance Burkhart – Hitting Coach for the San Diego Padres AA minor league affiliate team

Rob Frost – NY Mets minor league catcher

Matt McClellan – College player and Hazelwood West High School Varsity Head Coach

Ben Brown – College player and O’Fallon Christian High School Varsity Head Coach

Kevin Woods – Coach for all levels of High School Teams

Matt Sissom – Assistant Coach at Fort Zumwalt West High School

Mike Buda – Head Coach for the SLABA Eagles

Timmy Rupp – Former Southeast Missouri State University player

Ryne Seddon – Former pitcher at Lindenwood University

Scott Seddon – Former college player and summer manager
