The following are selected reports from the St. Peters Police Department from July 21 to July 27, 2011.
- Incident No. 17388: Stealing (felony), 400 block of Mid Rivers Mall Drive. Victimβs unattended cell phone was stolen from bar.Β Phone was recovered and charges were filed with St. Charles County Prosecuting Attorneyβs Office against suspect in the theft.
- Incident No. 17436: Forgery (stealing), 1000 block of Windstream Drive. Motorcycle sold on Craigslist, and the buyer paid with a fake cashierβs check.Β Active investigation.
- Incident No. 17490: Fraud (identity theft), 700 block of Wooded Trail Court. Unknown person(s) used victimβs credit card number to purchase airline tickets.Β
- Incident No. 17545: Property damage, 100 block of Turnberry Place. Victimβs car was keyed overnight, damages exceeded $4,000.Β Suspect was arrested and warrant application made through St. Charles County Prosecuting Attorneyβs Office.
- Incident No. 17575: Robbery (stealing), 500 block of Mid Rivers Mall Circle. Unknown black male suspect stole several items from Best Buy.Β When employee attempted to stop the suspect, the suspect knocked employee into a partition.Β Suspect fled the area in a silver/gray Pontiac Grand Prix.
- Incident No. 17614: Stolen auto, 600 block of Summer Winds Lane. An unknown person stole a vehicle stolen from an apartment complex parking lot.Β Vehicle is described as 1987 Chevy Camaro, red in color.
- Incident No. 17662: Property damage, 1stΒ block of Kimberly Lane. Unknown person(s) bent a window screen and broke a window on garage.Β No access to the house was made.
- Incident No. 17722: Burglary (residence), 1stΒ block of South Joyce Ellen Way. By forcing entry on side window, a house was burglarized.Β Two suspects arrested for the burglary and warrants were issued through St. Charles County Prosecuting Attorneyβs Office. Suspects are being held on $25,000 bond.
- Incident No. 17778: Stealing (felony), 2000 block of McClay Valley Blvd. A $1,200 power washer was stolen from victimβs truck overnight.Β No suspects.
- Incident No. 17787:Stealing (felony), 1000 block of Summergate Estates. Unknown person stolen wallet from victimβs unlocked vehicle.Β No suspects.
- Incident No. 17818: Burglary (residence), 2000 block of Park Valley Drive. Victimβs house burglarized by unknown person(s) at an unknown entry point.Β Numerous electronics stolen.
- Incident No. 17866: Stealing (felony), 1stΒ block of North Hillview Drive. Victim had tailgate stolen from 2009 Ford truck.Β Unknown suspects.
