The Daily Dose: The July 12 Edition

Ever single year I forget just how hot 100-degree days are. Then they come and I remember, boy do I remember. 

Monday was just uncomfortable to spend even a second outside. The temperature, heat index and humidity were just unbearable. I spent most of the day near a fan counting down the days until fall. It was fun.

Today isn't going to be much better. Before you go out in the heat, enjoy another edition of The Daily Dose.

Wednesday: A 40 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 90. East wind around 8 mph.
