The Daily Dose: The September 29 Edition

The Daily Dose is a look at the weather, what you may have missed and what's coming up on St. Peters Patch. This is the Sept. 29, 2011 edition.

If, like me, you're a baseball fan, last night was a treat.

The St. Louis Cardinals clinched a playoff spot and so did the Tampa Bay Rays. How the two teams made it was just unreal to watch. The Cardinals needed help in extra innings and Tampa had to come back from seven runs down and win in extras. It was simply the best night of baseball.

The playoffs start Friday. I can't wait.
