Today at the Fair: Thursday, July 28

Day three of the St. Charles County Fair is upon us. Car shows, tractor pulls and the livestock auction are the highlights of today's schedule.

The fair is held at  in Wentzville.

Gates open at 8 a.m. and the grounds close at 11:30 p.m. 

Today's fair schedule is as follows:

• 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. — Kolb Exhibition Center open
• 5-10 p.m. — Arcadeland and S&S exotic petting zoo open
• 5-8 p.m. — 4-H demonstrations in the Kolb Exhibition Center
• 6 p.m. — Nostalgia car show in the amphetheatre 
• 6 p.m. — Even Steven in the entertainment tent
• 6-10 p.m. — Carnival rides, rappelling wall, butterfly house and kids fishing derby open.
• 7 p.m. — 4-H livestock auction in the show barn
• 7 p.m. — Out of field tractor pull and factory stock truck pull
• 7 p.m. — DockDogs competition
• 7 p.m. — Mule jump in the horse arena
• 7-7:30, 8-8:30 and 9-9:30 p.m. — Babaloo on the Stars and Stripes stage
• 8-11 p.m. — Crossfire in the entertainment tent
