Castagno Joins St. Louis Equity Fund as Asset Manager - Financial Analyst

Adam Castagno has joined St. Louis Equity Fund as Asset Manager – Financial Analyst.

He is primarily responsible for analyzing the financial performance of SLEFI’s affordable housing and historic preservation investments and reporting the portfolio’s results to investors. He also coordinates the acquisition, underwriting, and closing of new affordable housing and historic preservation tax credit investments.

Prior to joining SLEFI, Castagno most recently was Assistant Vice President – Commercial Services at Midwest BankCentre. He managed the bank’s corporate loan portfolio and direct Low-Income Housing Tax Credit investments, including the underwriting and closing of new loans and investments.

SLEFI, founded in 1988, facilitates the development of low and moderate-income housing units throughout Missouri, Southern Illinois and Eastern Kansas. Each year a multi-investor fund consisting of financial institutions and corporations is formed.
