Dan Reuter Files as Candidate for Missouri House District 96

On Tuesday, February 23, 2016, Dan Reuter filed to be the State Representative of the 96th Missouri House District as a Republican.

Dan Reuter has been a resident of South County for most of his life.  He has built his law practice, raised his family, and attended church in the community.  He now has the time to give back to his community in the form of this important public service.

Dan is a conservative who wants to maintain the family and faith-based values of the community.  He believes we must have a small government that conducts its duties honestly and efficiently, not one that burdens and overregulates our businesses and entrepreneurs.  He believes we must streamline our government and help our small business owners create jobs and opportunities that we need for a stable and prosperous community.

Dan Reuter is a successful attorney and business owner.  His law practice focuses on estate planning and issues concerning the elderly and those with special needs.  Dan is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA), past President of the Missouri Chapter of NAELA and is a Certified Elder Law Attorney. 

Dan is and has been involved with several local civic and faith-based organizations, including Nazareth Living Center, Heartland Industries Sheltered Workshop, Affton Chamber of Commerce, South County Chamber of Commerce, Crestwood-Sunset Hills Chamber of Commerce, Toastmasters, Concord Lemay Township Republican Club, Tesson Ferry Township Republican Club, Knights of Columbus (4th Degree), Seven Holy Founders Parish, and Assumption Catholic Church of Mattese.

Dan is an alumnus of Affton High School, the University of Missouri-St. Louis and St. Louis University School of Law.  He and his wife, Patricia, have been married for over 40 years and have three children.
