Does anyone have unwanted televisions, computers, tablets, DVD players and monitors that have been replaced by new electronics? Now St. Louis residents may participate in a "Better than free" recycling drop-off event at Computer St. Louis where residents may drop off end-of-life electronics and, at the same time, learn more about the importance of responsible recycling.
When electronics are not recycled properly, this e-waste may end up in landfills where it can cause serious environmental pollution. Along with a local company called Byte Works, we believe we're taking a fresh new approach to helping consumers manage their end-of-life equipment. The event will take place at 9282 Watson Road from 8 a.m. –noon. Residents are encouraged to bring up to 10 electronic items and may contact Nicole Russell at (314) 821–3237 for more information.
