A program that the whole family can enjoy (ages 6 and older). This martial art emphasizes discipline, stretching, kicking and conditioning. A uniform is required and costs around $40. Classes for youth ages 6-12, are 5:30 pm-6:30 pm; adult classes are 6:45 pm-8:15 pm. The 24-session class is limited to 15 participants for the youth class and 25 for the adult class.
