High School Jazz Ensemble Performs Today at State
Lindbergh's ensemble is the only one in Missouri to be represented at the conference.

The Jazz Ensemble will play today at the 74th annual Missouri Music Educators Association In-Service Workshop/Conference. Lindbergh, who traveled to the Tan-Tar-A resort in Osage Beach, is the only jazz ensemble in Missouri at the conference.
“Being selected to perform at this conference is like winning the state championship in sports, so this is a huge achievement for these kids and for Lindbergh Schools,” David Wyss, jazz ensemble director, said in a statement.
The 2012 performance is the second time the jazz ensemble has been chosen for the conference, the last being in 2007. Then both the Lindbergh symphonic band and jazz ensemble’s performed.
