Legal Services of Eastern Missouri has an Up and Coming Lawyer

Legal Services of Eastern Missouri’s (LSEM) Holly Yoakum of Crestwood, has been named one of Missouri’s Up and Coming Lawyers for 2015 by Missouri Lawyers Weekly. She, along with the other award winners were honored October 2 at a reception.

“This is a well-deserved recognition for Holly,” said Dan Glazier, LSEM Executive Director and General Counsel. “She has been an outstanding advocate for our clients, and we salute Holly for her effective work. She is making a real difference in the lives of those we serve.”

Yoakum is a staff attorney for the Lasting Solutions Family Law Program, which provides effective legal representation and advocacy for women and children who are victims of domestic violence.

The Up and Coming Awards recognize young attorneys who are making a positive difference in the practice of law in Missouri and whose outstanding contributions have them on track for success. Yoakum was honored in the Public Service category.
