New position: Lindbergh High School math teacher

Professional background: Graduated from Lindbergh High School in May 2007, and from Southeast MO State University in December 2011. I taught two Algebra 1 classes and tutored International Baccalaureate students at Lindbergh High School during the 2011-2012 school year.  I also taught the fall ACT prep class.

What's your most prized possession on your desk, in your office or workspace? My students! I love getting to know and interacting with my students every day.  They are funny, quirky, passionate, involved, and always teach me something new.

Favorite year of school as a student: Sophomore year!  I was involved in multiple clubs and teams.  I was more sociable, and really took advantage of every event I could go to.

Favorite non-required reading: “The Hunger Games” – action packed!!

When you’re not teaching, you’re ____:  Hanging out my Chihuahua, Dash, or traveling and going on road trips!

What else would you like Lindbergh families to know? I coach Lindbergh’s dance team, the Flyerettes!  I grew up in the Lindbergh district and love being a part of the family again.  I love doing crafts, bright colors – purple especially and anything that involves flowers.
