REJIS Commission Renews Services Contract

At Tuesday night’s meeting, REJIS Commission entered into an annual information technology support services agreement for network technology support to be supplied by REJIS.

Throughout 2012 REJIS will supply network technology hours in helping Director Gordon Shaffar with network and computer needs.

“They will help with computer problems as well as any other software needs, will run cabling and help him move equipment when necessary,” Shaffar said in the contract renewal. “They also will help with our antivirus, web content filtering and Microsoft updates.”

The term of the agreement officially began Jan. 1 and will terminate one year later, with renewal options.

The City came under the $15,000 budgeted allowance for this service, agreeing upon advance quarterly payments.
