St. Louis-Based Sunset Transportation Ranked as a 2015 "Fastest-Growing U.S. Company" by Inc. Magazine

ST. LOUIS - Sunset Transportation, Inc., a leading freight payment and third party logistics (3PL) provider, was named to Inc. Magazine’s “Fastest-Growing U.S. Company” List for the fourth consecutive year, ranking #3925 nationally. Despite increasing industry consolidation, Sunset has sustained an overall three-year growth rate of 76 percent, increased employment opportunities by 20 percent and continues to open branches nationwide.

In addition, the logistics provider ranked high in the state and industry categories: placing #83 in Missouri and among the top 125 businesses in the logistics and transportation channel. The national logistics leader is providing jobs across the country with the opening of a new location in Bend, Oregon, and the expansion of two existing branches—Chicago and Grand Haven, Michigan—into larger locations. In 2015, Sunset was recognized as a Top Workplace in St. Louis and its CFO Mark Cammarata was named CFO of the Year.

In 2016, the company plans to open a Nashville branch and expand their St. Louis operations with a dedicated Sunset Financial branch.
