Sunset Hills Holiday Inn Southwest-Viking Conference Center Ordered Into Receivership

According to St. Louis business news and gossip site WhoLou.net, earlier this month St. Louis County Judge Thea Sherry ordered Innkeeper Hospitality Services as receiver to take control of Viking Lodge and Restaurant Inc., which operates a Holiday Inn in Sunset Hills.

According to court documents, Eagle Bank alleges that Viking owner Christopher Kreutz owes them more than $9 million on a loan and, with the exception of a $10,000 interest payment in October of 2011, has not made a payment since July of 2011.

After further investigation by Sunset Hills-Crestwood Patch, a representative for Holiday Inn-Viking said via phone that Christopher Kreutz no longer works there.
