Thief Walks Out of Kohl's in New Shoes, Leaves Old Shoes in Box
The man also walked out of the Watson Road department store with a second pair of shoes and socks, Crestwood Police said.
A man walked out of Kohl's, 9701 Watson Rd., wearing a new pair of shoes, leaving the ones he wore into the store in a new shoe box, said.
The man also walked out of the store on Aug. 13 with a second pair of shoes and socks.
