ACC St. Louis Hosted Annual Golf & Spa CLE Event on Sept. 3

St. Louis (Sept. 21, 2026) – The St. Louis Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel hosted its annual Golf & Spa Continuing Legal Education (CLE) event Sept. 3, 2026, at the Forest Park Golf Course and the Four Seasons Hotel. The Chapter welcomed in‑house counsel from across the region for a full day of CLE programming, networking, and recreational activities.

The morning began with CLE check‑in, a hot breakfast buffet, and networking at the Forest Park Golf Course, followed by three timely and high‑impact CLE sessions:

• Ready for the Rush: Employment and Labor Law Issues for 2026 and the Holiday Season Ahead Presented by McMahon Berger
• Insurance Trends: The New AI Coverage Gap and Recurring Notice Issues

• Earning a Seat at the Table: How In‑House Lawyers Become Trusted Business Advisors Moderated by Rudy Rivera, Chief International Counsel/Legal Hold Officer, Fidelity National Financial, Inc. Speakers: Dan Lett (Bunzl North America), Greg Meier (Peak Organization Performance), and Tim Luft (American Water)

Following lunch at the Forest Park Golf Course, attendees selected either an afternoon of golf—complete with a putting green warm‑up, tee‑off, reception, and awards—or spa treatments and networking at the Four Seasons Hotel.

Barbara Barrett, Golf & Spa Chairperson, highlighted the event’s continued success. “This event is one of our Chapter’s longest‑standing traditions, and it remains a member favorite year after year,”

Barrett added, “Our goal is to offer high‑value CLE programming while also giving our members time to connect, recharge, and enjoy the day. We were thrilled with the turnout and the positive feedback from both the golf and spa participants.”
