ACC STL Announces Candidates for Its Globally Recognized Diversity and Inclusion Summer Internship Program

The Chapter's commitment to this program receives global attention having earned the prestigious Best Diversity Initiative Program.

St. Louis (June 8, 2026) — The Association of Corporate Counsel – St. Louis Chapter (ACC STL), the premier bar association for in-house counsel, is delighted to announce the selection of its talented law school student candidates for the 2026 Diversity and Inclusion Summer Internship Program.

Now entering its 14th year, this internationally acclaimed initiative is strategically designed to foster greater diversity, equity, and inclusion within the regional legal community. By bridging the gap between top-tier legal education and real-world corporate environments, the program equips aspiring legal professionals with immersive, firsthand exposure to corporate legal departments and regional law firms.

A hallmark of the program is its robust mentorship structure, which thoughtfully pairs each summer intern with a seasoned in-house attorney mentor who is an active member of the Chapter.

"Our vision is for this program’s alumni to truly thrive in corporate legal departments and top law firms," said Natalie Grosso, 2026 Internship Program Chair and Senior Counsel at World Wide Technology, LLC. Throughout the summer, interns develop a sophisticated understanding of the critical intersection between complex business objectives and legal counsel. To complement their practical workloads, the Chapter provides a comprehensive array of professional development programming, including targeted orientation sessions on corporate navigation, dedicated mentorship pairings, and networking social events designed to build lasting professional camaraderie.

The Chapter’s profound commitment to this initiative continues to turn heads on a global scale, notably earning the prestigious Best Diversity Initiative Program award from ACC Global. This accolade stands alongside the Chapter's long list of honors, including multiple Chapter of the Year awards and consecutive Gold Chapter of Distinction designations.
