ACC STL Honors Members for Individual Contributions at 2026 Annual Meeting
The Association of Corporate Counsel – St. Louis Chapter (ACC STL) recognized members for their individual contributions made to the Chapter

St. Louis (Feb. 4, 2026) – The Association of Corporate Counsel – St. Louis Chapter (ACC STL), the pre-eminent professional development organization serving in-house counsel, recently held its 2026 Annual Meeting and Volunteer Recognition night. During the event, ACC STL recognized members for their individual contributions made to the Chapter in 2025. Jay Repaso, 2025 Chapter President and Senior Counsel at Mastercard, announced the 2025 award recipients:
Member of the Year: Catherine Sison
Catherine Sison, Counsel at Macy’s, was recognized as the 2025 Member of the Year. Sison was honored for her outstanding engagement and commitment to the Chapter’s growth over the past year. Her dedication to fostering a vibrant professional community for in-house counsel has made a significant impact on the Chapter's membership initiatives.

Committee of the Year: Special Events Committee
The Special Events Committee, chaired by Barry Klinckhardt, received the Committee of the Year award. Under Klinckhardt’s leadership, the committee successfully executed a series of high-impact programs that enhanced member networking and engagement. The committee was specifically noted for its innovation in event planning and its ability to bring together the St. Louis legal community through unique social and professional development opportunities.

William E. Jaudes Service Award: Jenny Herner
Jenny Herner, Assistant General Counsel at ARCO, received the prestigious William E. Jaudes Service Award. Named after one of the original founders of the Chapter, this honor is not awarded annually and is reserved for members who exemplify extraordinary dedication, leadership, and service.
Herner, who served as the 2023 ACC STL Chapter President, has remained a cornerstone of the organization. Her long-standing service, including her roles on the Board of Directors and her continued mentorship of emerging in-house leaders, exemplifies the spirit of this award. Her contributions have been instrumental in maintaining the Chapter’s status as a leader within the global ACC network.
