Calling All Pirates and Wenches

Join the crew of Town and Country's Swim Bike Run at our Rock n Roll Marathon water station at the 9.6 mile point for the half / 22.9 mile point for the full marathoners Oct 23, 7a-2p, where we'll be supplying runners with hydration while donning pirate costumes and having a great time doing a yoga class on the side we've dubbed "Planking the Plank".

The Swim Bike Run scallywags' water station is at Resevoir Park on Grand and Russell.  Sugar Ray is playing at the finish line! So git yer best eye patch and wooden leg and join us mateys... arggh.

At this event, Swim Bike Run will begin the day with the newest fitness craze for pirates (discovered on the way to git some jewels in the Caribbean)... Yoga for Pirates! Breathe deep... aaargh, shivver me timbers... breathe out... relax... or I'll have ya walk the plank, matey! Bring yer own plank (mat). Taught by Jack Sparrow's next matey, Dianna Lucas.
