
Parkway’s Carman Trails Elementary students and faculty put their hats on for kids with cancer!
Students from the Ambassador Club coordinated an exciting Spirit Week where the students and staff participated in themed days in order to promote school spirit.
On the final day, students and staff rallied together to raise money for the Friends of Kids with Cancer Association. Friends was founded in 1992 and is devoted to enriching the daily lives of St. Louis children undergoing treatment for cancer.Â

Students at Carman Trails Elementary donated fifty cents in exchange for a sticker allowing them to wear their favorite hat to school to support the cause. In total, the school raised $149 for Friends of Kids with Cancer.
