Every day, volunteers at Potentials help change the
lives of children and youth in our community. Putting their talents to work at Youth In Need’s resale store, volunteers are an essential part of the organization. Volunteers greet customers, maintain the visual standards of the store, assist in picking up donations (including larger donations such as furniture), and help with tagging and putting merchandise on the sales floor.
People with special skills, flexible schedules or an interest in resale and customer service are welcome to join our volunteer program. Potentials is committed to the success of each volunteer and offers an
incentive plan for all volunteers.
