Vatterott College ex’Treme Institute by Nelly – St. Louis, 800 North 3rd Street, introduces four new dance classes this September. Each week a new type of dance is taught by instructors who are masters of performing arts. Classes include stage dance, dance club for kids, hip hop dance, and video choreography.
Stage dance readies students to perform dance routines as a group for popular stage acts. Routines range from hip-hop to musicals. Dance club for kids is an introductory class for children to learn to move to the rhythm of different music. Children learn basic dancing techniques and how to dance as an individual or as a group. Hip-hop dance will teach the basic moves and techniques incorporated in hip-hop. Video choreography provides introduction on how to choreograph dancers for videos.
The Dance Studio package begins on Sept. 5 and goes through Nov. 7. Each course requires 10 hours of instruction. Classes are enrolling now.
