Hilliker Corporation Senior Vice President To Participate At Market Forecast Event

Town and Country resident Hal C. Ball, senior vice president at Hilliker Corporation, will join a panel of
industry experts at the 29^th Annual Metro Market Forecast sponsored by the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR).  The forecast will highlight the Metropolitan
St. Louis commercial and industrial real estate market, and Ball will focus on the industrial side of the business.  The
event will be held Tues., March 5 at the Ritz-Carlton in Clatyon, Mo. with registration from 7:15 to 7:45 a.m. and the program from 7:45 to 9 a.m.

Ball is a member of SIOR, which is a leading
professional office and industrial real estate brokerage association.  SIOR has more than 3,000 members in 31
countries located in 630 cities worldwide and consists of experienced commercial real estate brokerage specialists. 
The St. Louis chapter of SIOR is comprised of professionals from Eastern Missouri and Southern Illinois.
