Vote Now for Parkway South High School- Deadline is Close

Vote no later than May 3rd by 10:59 p.m. for a chance for to advance to the national finals for a prize of $50,000. The amount will be awarded to the Art Department if the school is successful.

The schools designs were selected for the Vans "shoes as art" contest and students designs are in the semi finals for the  $50,000 prize. Presently, advancement to the finals is based on the amount of votes received at www.vans.com/customculture/vote/

under Southeast Region for Parkway South Highschool

 or pkwy.k12mo.us on the home page "shoes as art" tab. If the school advances to the finals it will be in competition with only 4 other schools nationwide for the award. Parkway South was the only school selected from Missouri and one of only 10 in the Southeast U.S. in the competition.
