Westminster Hires Coordinator for Parent and Community Relations

Westminster Christian Academy parent Lisa Rupprecht has been hired as the school’s part-time Coordinator for Parent and Community Relations.

In her role, Rupprecht will assume the following key responsibilities:

• Develop and implement short-term and long-term, high-impact action plans to identify and engage parents and varied stakeholders in a broad range of volunteer roles, events, and programs
• Serve as liaison between the school leadership and the Westminster Parent Organization (known as P.A.W.), providing effective leadership and direction in growing, sustaining, and implementing the long-term plans for the P.A.W. organization
• Provide appropriate involvement and leadership in planning, organizing, and implementing parent-led and parent-supported programs and events
• Implement disciplined systems for contacting, recruiting, organizing, and personally following-through to consistently grow parent and stakeholder involvement in leadership roles, teams, and ongoing projects and programs
• Maintain effective working relationships with Westminster administrators to ensure excellent alignment between Westminster leadership goals and practices and the parent community
