
Westminster Christian Academy parent Lisa Rupprecht has been hired as the school’s part-time Coordinator for Parent and Community Relations.
In her role, Rupprecht will assume the following key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement short-term and long-term, high-impact action plans to identify and engage parents and varied stakeholders in a broad range of volunteer roles, events, and programs
- Serve as liaison between the school leadership and the Westminster Parent Organization (known as P.A.W.), providing effective leadership and direction in growing, sustaining, and implementing the long-term plans for the P.A.W. organization
- Provide appropriate involvement and leadership in planning, organizing, and implementing parent-led and parent-supported programs and events
- Implement disciplined systems for contacting, recruiting, organizing, and personally following-through to consistently grow parent and stakeholder involvement in leadership roles, teams, and ongoing projects and programs
- Maintain effective working relationships with Westminster administrators to ensure excellent alignment between Westminster leadership goals and practices and the parent community
Director of Advancement Zach Clark says Rupprecht has a demonstrated passion and commitment to the Westminster mission and core values. “Her extensive track record, both at Westminster and other ministry organizations, of providing solid leadership and coordination of volunteers sets her apart as a top-notch influencer and fit for this role,” he says.
