Parker’s mom Susie Briden says she left Monday’s competition with a thankful heart. “"I walked away from the competition with a profound gratitude to God that this next generation of young leaders emerging from Westminster is incredibly capable and passionate about our country's pressing issues and constitutional law,” she says. “For those of us who are at times concerned for our nation’s future, the depth of understanding that these students demonstrated and their ability to communicate with calm, clarity, poise, and conviction provided not only a win but also a reminder that our future is bright!”
The team will go on to compete at the national competition in Washington D.C. in late April.
