Association of Corporate Counsel – St. Louis Chapter Hosts Member Appreciation Event at Saint Louis Zoo
More than 200 members and family members attended the event.

St. Louis (Aug. 17, 2026) — The Association of Corporate Counsel – St. Louis Chapter recently welcomed members and their families to a special Member Appreciation event at the Saint Louis Zoo on Aug. 8, celebrating the members who make the organization’s community strong.
The family-friendly event brought Chapter members together for a Saturday of connection, conversation and fun at one of St. Louis’ most beloved locations. More than 200 members and family members attended the event, which provided an opportunity for members to spend time with colleagues and introduce their families to others in the Chapter.
“Member engagement is at the heart of what makes the Association of Corporate Counsel – St. Louis Chapter such a strong professional community,” said Cara Baker, chair of the event. “Our members give so much to the organization throughout the year, and this event was a wonderful opportunity to celebrate our members and their loved ones who support them in their professional endeavors.”

The Member Appreciation event is part of the Chapter’s ongoing commitment to providing value to its members through professional development, networking and community-building opportunities. The Chapter is known for its outstanding continuing legal education (CLE) opportunities and robust member programming designed specifically for in-house counsel and legal professionals.
In addition to educational programming, the Chapter provides opportunities throughout the year for members to build professional relationships, exchange ideas and connect with colleagues facing many of the same challenges and opportunities in today’s evolving legal environment.

“We want our members to know that their engagement matters,” said Paul Tietz, chair of the Chapter’s Membership Committee.
“Whether they are participating in a CLE program, attending a networking event or simply having a conversation with another member, every interaction strengthens our Chapter and the in-house legal community in St. Louis,” added Tietz.
The Chapter represents in-house counsel and provides members with resources, education and opportunities to connect with fellow legal professionals. Through its programming and events, the Chapter supports the professional growth of its members while strengthening the broader in-house legal community.
